Dissertation Office Drop-in Hours Online
Have a last-minute concern about depositing your dissertation or thesis by the September 17 deadline? Drop in between 3-4pm to talk to the Dissertation Office staff about your deposit. Advance registration is not required but you must fill out the registration form to be connected. If another student is being assisted, you'll be kept in the "waiting room" until the librarian is available.
(NB: Students are still welcome to stop by the Dissertation Office (room 2304) at other times or request an online or in-person appointment during regular business hours by emailing Roxanne Shirazi.)

Associate Professor
Roxanne Shirazi serves as Head of Archives and Special Collections at the library and oversees the Dissertation Office, which administers the dissertation, thesis, and capstone deposit procedure for graduating students.
Roxanne is the librarian for Sociology, IMS, QMSS, and Film Studies.
